A former nationally ranked and collegiate All-American at Clemson University, Howie has devoted close to five decades promoting the game of tennis. As a “hands on” director, he is always present and readily accessible to address all the needs of residents and guests. A speaker at USPTA seminars, his contributions and leadership set the standard for Tennis and Pickleball Facility Management as it relates to all club operations, which include maintenance, instructional programs, marketing and administrative operations.
Jodi is a seasoned professional with expertise in business development, event planning, and operations leadership. As co-founder of Pickleball Management Group, she provides strategic advisory services to hospitality, nonprofit, and fitness organizations, specializing in paddle sports events and market growth. Jodi is also a certified yoga instructor, wellness advocate, tennis enthusiast, and active pickleball player, bringing a fun, energetic approach to both business and sports. With a passion for creating dynamic experiences, she helps organizations thrive while fostering a vibrant, engaging community around the sport.
Like every other person in the Country, Sean found Pickleball during the Pandemic. Also like the rest of the country, he got hooked. As a Real Estate Broker in Miami Springs, he wanted bring a high quality event to
his area. After partnering with Brad Mixson to do so, they decided to join forces with Howie Orlin and the Miami Shores team to form PMG. Sean leads business operations and logistics as well as the marketing arm of PMG
